From May 22-31, a city will become a work of art with a wide variety of events ALL over Charleston, WV... including the return of our beloved River Queen!

For much of FestivALL's history, the River Queen could be seen cruising the Kanawha River, offering tours and taxi service between the levee and Wine & Jazz, Blues Cruises, and more. This year's river experience will welcome you to enjoy the sights and sounds of FestivAll from the water and on the water!
