Hors d'oeuvres: cheese, meat and vegetable antipasto, Swedish meatballs, sausage and BBQ sauce chips and pretzels, nacho chips with cheese and salsa.
Dinner: Carved Roast Sirloin Au Jus with creamy horseradish sauce, chicken roulaudes, beer battered cod with tartar sauce, pasta primavera, chef’s choice potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetable, served salad, fresh baked bread assortment with butter, coffee or tea and fireworks cake.

Please Note: Boat will depart New Albany and head upriver through McAlpine Lock. Once through the lock, we are at the discretion of the United States Coast Guard, FAA ,and local law enforcement. Depending on situations outside of BB Riverboats' control, there is a possibility that the boat will not be allowed to cruise above the Portland Canal and through the downtown area before the fireworks. In that case, we will assume our fireworks viewing position at the top end of the canal for the duration of the night.
