Scrambled Eggs, fresh baked biscuits with country sausage gravy, sausage, bacon, chef’s choice of potato, southern style green beans, macaroni and cheese, sliced roast beef with mushroom Bordelaise, carved decorated ham, garden salad with choice of dressing, applesauce, cottage cheese and beats, fresh seasonal fruit, assorted sweet rolls, assorted juices, coffee and tea, milk.
Dinner:
Carved glazed ham, carved marinated turkey with creole mustard, chef’s choice of pasta, southern style green beans, chef’s choice of potato, mixed green salad with accoutrements (7 items), choice of dressings, fresh baked bread assortment with butter, coffee, tea, milk and chef’s choice of dessert.
